I have used this kit on 3 different occasions in Central America. What a blessing!!!! And most of the time, you don't have to ask the patient if they can see! You can tell by the smile on their face or "2 thumbs up". My only concern was the difficulty in putting in the higher power lenses, it was tough on the thumbs. BUT now they have the nylon coated plyers that I am ordering for my next trip!!!!
